Oberon Hardware Box
This hardware box contains specific electronic panels which activate the Oberon software and allow for accurate scanning. It is easy to manufacture a box like this but not as simple to get everything right. When looking at NLS Biofeedback machines, make sure you do not buy anything manufactured in China. Original NLS machines are manufactures in Russia.
USB & Metal Cup
The blue USB drive contains latest software, training videos, copy of electronic manual and company information with disclaimers you may use. If lost, all material on the USB can be sent over email. USB drives are more reliable and surer to be read by any computer. CD software is no longer practical.
Headset
Oberon headsets alone are $400 to replace because the headset is essential for any use of Oberon. All scanning, therapy and testing is done through this headset. It is part of the package and if not taken care of properly can be replaced at the cost above. (This headset is the only item we sell separately, replacement of other components will be included in the warranty).
Printed Manual & Warranty Passport
Our warranty passport contains important technical information and is proof of purchase. Manual is full of photos and written explanations and instructions, made simple to follow.
