Back pain gets treated with bioresonance therapy

Recent research cited at the ANESTHESIOLOGY 2016 annual meeting indicates that the millions of people who take opioids for persistent back pain get moderate pain relief and they worry about the stigma connected with taking them.

“Patients are frequently aware that opioids are problematic, but don’t know there are alternative treatment decisions,” said Asokumar Buvanendran, M.D., lead author of the study, director of orthopedic anesthesia and vice chair for research at Rush University, Chicago.

“While some patients may advance from opioids for severe pain for a few days after an injury, physicians need to wean their patients off them and use multi-modal therapies instead,” he added.

The study looked at 2,030 people with low back pain who completed a survey about their treatment.  Nearly half of the people who completed the survey (941) were taking opioids at the time.  They were asked about how successful the opioids were in relieving their pain and only 13% said “very successful.”  Many (44%) said opioids were “somewhat successful” and 31% said “moderately successful.” The remaining 12% said opioids were “not successful” in managing their low back pain.

In addition, 75% said they struggled from the side effects, such as constipation (65%), sleepiness (37%), cognitive issues (32%) and dependence (29%).

The effect of opioids also carried a social stigma with 41% saying they felt judged because they use opioids.  Interestingly, even though 68% of respondents were also being used with antidepressants, only 19% of them felt a stigma from using those medications.

The researchers also note a “lack of solid studies on the efficacy of opioids in treating back pain beyond 12 weeks.”

Sufferers of chronic low back pain, persistent pain lasting more than three months, should visit a pain medicine specialist who uses a method that combines a variety of methods that may be more beneficial,” said Dr. Buvanendran.

“These approaches include physical therapy, bracing, interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, nerve ablation techniques or implantable devices, other medications such as anti-inflammatories and alternative treatments such as biofeedback and massage,” he added.

Biofeedback Therapy can be very useful in preventing, detecting, evaluating and managing back pain. This relaxation appears to be effective in alleviating back pain and uses specialized equipment to prepare you how to monitor and control certain physical responses related to stress, such as muscle tension.

Biofeedback Therapy that has caught on fast is Bioresonance Therapy or Bioresonance Feedback Therapy. It is based on the theory of Bioresonance which postulates that all the components (Organs, tissues, and cells) of living organisms emit measurable electromagnetic waves at frequencies. These frequencies vary with changes in the physiological environment.

According to comprehensive concepts, a living being is a system of energy and its cells, organs, and tissues are dependent on the changes from external energy sources, noxious stimuli, pathogens, allergens, chemicals, and bio-chemicals. In the amended or diseased states, the bio resonance frequencies change and are usually lower. With bioresonance therapy or bioresonance biofeedback therapy, this energy deficit is corrected by external supply of energy to bring tissues and organs back to healthy energy levels which allow the cells, tissues, organs and body to heal and recover to normal healthy state.

In short Bioresonance Therapy is biofeedback therapy designed to adjust your body’s energy patterns and effectively ‘tune’ them back to normal harmonious frequencies that help restore the body physiology to the normal state which promotes healing. Bioresonance therapy is non-invasive and can help identify and treat in early stages even before it can be diagnosed by traditional means or any overt symptoms show up. It does not involve the use of harsh drugs with side effects. It is convenient to use in your provider’s office.

Diagnosis and management with bio resonance therapy with Bioresonance Therapy Machine has proven effective in control and management of back pain.  Many patients have found help with convenient sessions with Bioresonance therapists lasting from half an hour to three hours. Being non-invasive with minimal or no use of harsh drugs, it is a mild and safe medical care.
